The recipe for the cream cheese apple dip is:8 oz. cream cheese--softened
1 cup powdered sugar
Mix together. Spread in center of plate. Pour Mrs. Richardson's caramel topping on top and sprinkle with pecans if desired. Arrange apple slices around edge of plate.
